How much is virtual staging?
Virtual staging is $20 per photo. 360 virtual staging for a 3D tour is $40.
What else can you edit?
Virtual renovation is $35 per photo, item removal is $10 per photo and digital twilight is $10 per photo.
What's the difference between a digital twilight and a twilight shoot?
A digital twilight turns a daytime exterior photo into an evening look, for $10 per photo. A twilight shoot is photographed on site at dusk, for $150.
Are any twilights included?
Yes. Signature Media includes 3 digital twilights.
Do I pay anything when I book?
No. There's $0 due today. You pay when your media is delivered, or choose Pay at Close with Titus and pay at closing.
What areas do you serve, and is there a travel fee?
Chicago first, plus the North Shore, the north, west and south suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. Travel within 15 miles of 60647 is included. Beyond 15 miles it's $0.76 per mile each way, and shoots more than 50 miles out add $150.
