How much does architectural photography cost?
Architecture, builder and design shoots are $250 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. Tell us about the project and what you need captured, and our team will confirm how much time it needs within one business day.
Do I pay anything up front?
No. Nothing is due when you book. You pay when your media is delivered.
How fast will we get the files?
Photos are usually delivered within 24 hours, and delivery within 48 hours is guaranteed. Video is delivered within 72 hours.
What can you capture in one visit?
Interior and exterior photos, detail shots of materials and finishes, aerial drone photos and video, a Matterport 3D tour and floor plans, all in the same appointment.
What areas do you serve, and is there a travel fee?
Chicago first, plus the North Shore, the north, west and south suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. Travel within 15 miles of 60647 is included. Beyond 15 miles it's $0.76 per mile each way, and shoots more than 50 miles out add $150.
How do I pay?
A 3% processing fee applies to online card payments. Pay by Zelle or by check payable to 360 Chicago Tours to avoid it.
