How much does Airbnb photography cost?
Host packages run $300 to $795. Signature Media is $795 for up to 3,500 sq ft, Full Service is $495 up to 2,500, Essential is $395 up to 1,500 and Basic Photos is $300 up to 1,200. Larger homes add $100 per 1,000 sq ft.

Do I pay anything when I book?
No. Nothing is due when you book. You pay when your media is delivered.
How fast will I get my photos?
Usually within 24 hours, and delivery within 48 hours is guaranteed. Video is delivered within 72 hours.
Do I need to be there?
No, as long as we have access. Add lockbox or door code details when you book, and have the place guest ready, just like a turnover.
What areas do you serve, and is there a travel fee?
Chicago first, plus the North Shore, the north, west and south suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. Travel within 15 miles of 60647 is included. Beyond 15 miles it's $0.76 per mile each way, and shoots more than 50 miles out add $150.
How do I pay?
A 3% processing fee applies to online card payments. Pay by Zelle or by check payable to 360 Chicago Tours to avoid it.
