Yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and we carry commercial insurance (typically $1–2 million in liability coverage) to protect your property and ours. We can also add your contractors or firms as additional insured if needed.

High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography involves taking multiple Raw bracketed exposures and blending them. The result captures detail in both highlights and shadows—closely mirroring how the human eye sees a scene.

FPV (First-Person View) drone footage delivers agile, dynamic, and immersive aerial shots. It’s ideal for walkthroughs and cinematic fly-throughs, offering a point-of-view experience often used for real estate, retail spaces, or construction storytelling.

360° media is made possible by two lenses that record simultaneously. These photos or videos lets viewers look in any direction. This format is immersive, works great for interior spaces, storefronts, venues, video tours of campuses and is often the basis of virtual tours.

Virtual tours are interactive digital experiences built from 360° imagery or video. Users can navigate through a space virtually, choosing their own path. This differs from a pre-recorded video tour by offering user control and engagement.

Once ready, you’ll receive a download link (e.g. Google Drive or embedded tour). High-resolution HDR images, stitched panoramas, and video files are all included. Virtual tours can be embedded directly into your website.

You receive a perpetual, commercial usage license for all photos, video, or tour content. You’re free to use it on social media, websites, marketing materials, or MLS listings. Redistribution to third parties may require additional licensing.

Yes. We can remove or blur individuals in post-production if preferred, whether for privacy or aesthetic reasons. We do recommend filming the way we want it in the moment. Stuff happens but we do not live by the mantra we can just fix it in post.

We monitor weather proactively. If conditions aren’t suitable on shoot day, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Twilight or golden-hour sessions are also available upon request at an additional cost.

Depending on the project 6-12 months of hosting is typically included upon initial delivery. To Maintain hosting the tour after annual hosting is available for continued service or updates. This fee is dependant on size of the space but starts off at $5 a month with annual rates available.

Yes. We can produce promotional videos, event sequences, branded intros, or construction time‑lapsers using Photography, traditional videography and Drone media.

Yes—we currently offer floor plan services included in every real estate photo shoot. We can also build 3D floor plans from existing properties or blueprints.
