Chicago Tours Without Flying Anyone In.
Newkirk Productions is a California media company that serves commercial real estate, including work for its end client, the Irvine Company. When their clients need Matterport tours of Chicago office suites, they need a local team that can capture every suite correctly and hand off finished tours, without flying anyone in.
What we didAbout 20 Tours in Loop Office Towers.
Cody first booked 360 Chicago Tours in March 2024. Since then we have captured about 20 Matterport tours for Newkirk Productions in Chicago Loop office towers, including 71 S Wacker Dr and One North Wacker Dr.
Suite by suite capture.
We have scanned more than a dozen suites at One North Wacker alone, plus Suites 2775 and 3550 at 71 S Wacker.
Tours that arrive ready.
Newkirk's clients host their tours with TRT Digital. Before we transfer each tour, we clean it up and set it up, so it's ready to use the moment it lands in their account.
More than a scan.
We recently virtually staged a Matterport tour for Newkirk, so an empty suite could show its potential.
1 North Wacker Drive Suite 450. Walk it right here, or open the tour full screen.
What Newkirk Productions Gets.
- Matterport 3D tours of individual office suites
- Tour cleanup and setup before handoff
- Account transfers to the client's hosting team, TRT Digital
- Virtual staging inside a Matterport tour
Newkirk Keeps Sending Its Chicago Work.
About 20 tours since 2024, and Newkirk Productions keeps sending us its Chicago work. Cody put it best in his Google review:
★★★★★“Amazing company! 360 Chicago Tours helped me with multiple Matterport tours, and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend them!”
