Every Day Without Photos Is a Day the Unit Isn't Shown.
Highland Partners manages apartment buildings across Chicagoland. When a tenant moves out, the unit needs to be back on the market right away, and every day without photos is a day it isn't being shown.
That means a lot of units, often booked last minute. Many are still occupied or mid move out when we arrive, so the shoot has to fit around the tenant's schedule and whatever is still in the space.

We have been Highland Partners' media team since 2024, covering units in Chicago, Evanston and now Lake Forest.
We show up when they need us.
Unit turns don't wait, so we come in on short notice and work around tenant schedules to get the unit captured.
We shoot around the mess.
Boxes, furniture and move out clutter are part of the job. We capture the unit as it is, then remove the clutter in editing so the photos show a clean, ready to lease space.
We match the media to the unit.
Early on we built custom virtual tours for their listings. Today most units get listing photos and a 2D floor plan, with drone photos when the building calls for it. We also produced two videos for the Highland Partners website.
We keep delivery simple.
Every unit is delivered to a shared Google Drive that we set up and keep organized by property and unit, so the leasing team always knows where to find the latest media.
In October 2026, for example, we turned around three units at 423 E Ohio St in Streeterville. Floor plans for Units 404 and 503 were finished on October 6 and 7, and Unit 209's floor plan was ready the same evening as our October 23 shoot day.
